Apple Cinnamon Bread goes Vegan!

Over the weekend, we had several friends come over and watch the big game for a small Super Bowl party. While preparing the food for the evening, my Mom ran across this recipe for a really delicious looking new bread.

Everyone raved about delicious it was, the only problem was that it contained both milk and eggs. So, tonight I am going to recreate this bread, make it vegan, and give it a try.

Look how delicious this bread looks & trust me, it tastes even better!
